Yuji Maeda

Biography
Yuji Maeda joined UBS Securities Japan in 2010 after completing his bachelor degree in political science and economics at Waseda University. In July 2011 he was transferred to UBS Securities LLC in New York and began covering institutional investors who were based in the USA and Canada. After three years of his career as a Japanese equity sales person, he met Tomoko Namba, the founder of DeNA (Japanese interenet / social gaming company), which made him join DeNA afterward. He launched "SHOWROOM" in late 2013 as an internal corporate venture of DeNA, which ended up in being spun off into a separate company in 2015. Now he leads the whole business as the CEO of SHOWROOM Inc.
