Biography
Takashi Niino first joined NEC in 1977, primarily engaging in sales of IT solutions for the financial market. Over the years, he contributed to the expansion of NEC's solutions business through his involvement in various large-scale projects. These projects ranged from updates of mission-critical systems, following the creation of megabanks through mergers and integrations, to the introduction of systems for major retail operators launching new financial service businesses. Mr. Niino became President and CEO (Representative Director) of NEC Corporation in April 2016.
